European Parliament (EP) Edit

The European Parliament is an institution of the European Union that is elected directly by the people. It is the second largest democratic elected government institution. One of the main goals of the EP is to look out for the citizens they govern over. An example of this is in December 2016 addressing the growing concern of the filter bubbles and how its people need to be informed of social media and ways they can break filter bubbles.
